USARA SLC Sub for Santa

The holiday season is a time for joy, connection, and giving—but for families in recovery, it can also be a time of struggle. This year, USARA in Salt Lake City is hosting its annual Sub for Santa event, and we need your help to make the holidays brighter for families in our recovery community.

We’ve received numerous nominations from families who deserve a holiday filled with hope, love, and connection, but we need your support. Your generous donations can bring light and joy to children and parents who need it most. Every donation directly impacts these families, giving them a holiday season to remember.

How You Can Help

Donate Items – From infants to adults, socks, hats, gloves, scarves, art supplies, gift cards, and toys/games will make a difference in these families lives.
Monetary Donation – You can make a monetary donation to sponsor a family or provide some additional support through our campaign page or text SUB4SANTA to 44321. Every dollar brings us closer to ensuring no family goes without holiday joy.

Join our Wrapping Party!

Want to get hands-on? Join us for a fun-filled wrapping party on Tuesday, December 17th, from 11 AM to 2 PM at USARA in SLC. Together, we’ll prepare these gifts for the families we’re helping!

Why It Matters

For families in recovery, the holidays symbolize hope and renewal. Last year, thanks to our generous donors and sponsors, we supported 43 individuals over 9 families, bringing smiles and relief to so many. This year, we aim to help even more families.
